THIS CAU~E coming on to be heard upon proper notice on the motion
of the Re~eiver for authority to accept any interest monies payable by Home
~avings & Loan Association of Florida, Inc. , formerly Hotr~e Federal ~avings
& Loan Association of Hollywood, a Party Defendant in this cause, and the
Court having considered the same and having oral assent from counsel for
the Ptaintiff and for the ~efendants Hazen Kreis and Raymor.d Loveday, Jr. ,
the Court being advised; it is
CRL`ERED that any monies payable by Home Savings & Loan Associa-
tion of Florida to the Receiver, by Order of this Court, or otherwise, or
voluntarily, may be paid to the Recef~~er herein and his receipt shall act as
full acquittance therefor without further order of this Court or consent of
any of the parties to this cause.
