Plaintiffs Dennis McMahon and Eileen McMahon, individu-
ally and for the use and benefit of American Economy Insurance
Company and American Economy Insurance Company and defendant
Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company, a Delaware
corporation, having amicably settled this case, hereby
stipulate as follows:
l. The complaint of plaintiffs Dennis McMahon and
Eileen McMahon, his wife, individually and for the use and
benefit of American Economy Insurance Company and American
Economy Insurance Company, against defendant Minnesota
Mining & Manufacturing Company, a Delaware corporation,is
hereby dismissed with prejudice.
2. Each party hereto is to bear its own costs.
3.~ The undersigned counsel represent that they have
authority from their respective clients to enter into this
stipulation.
