and the Complaint, for the total sum of $4,000.00;
2. That the Petitioners, RAYMOND MAKOWSKI and
LYNDA MAKOWSKI, are ertitled to be reimbursed from the proceeds
of settlement for medical expenses they have incurred on behalf
of the said minor, SCOTT MAKOWSKI;
3. That the Petitioners, RAYMOND MAKOWSKI and
LYNDA MAKOWSKI, are authorized to pay from the proceeds of the
settlement the attorneys' fees and costs to the firm of McManus,
Stewart & Ferraro, P.A., as set forth in the verified Petition,
which the Court finds to be reasonable;
4. That the Petitioners, RAYMOND MAKOWSKI and
LYNDA MAKOWSKI, be and the same are hereby authorized and
directed to collect the amounts of the settlement from JOSEPH
KRUMEY, MARGARET KRUMEY, and AMERICAN STATES INSURANCE COMPANY,
and are further authorized to execute a complete release for the
benefit of said Defendants.
