MODIFICATION OF
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE JUDCMENT
There being no dispute between the parties, a hearing in
this matter was deemed unnecessary. In view of the fact that
Victoria Lynne has remarried and her current husband, Ralph
Rice, desires to adopt the two children, MICHAEL PETER LENARTIENE
and SARAH ELIZABETH LENARTIENE, and the fact that KLAUS pETER
LENARTIENE intends to eonsent to said adoption, pursuant to the
Stipulation and Agreement to Modify Jud~nent of Dissolution of
Marriage entered in this cause, the Final Judgment of Dissolution
dated Au~ust 16, 1979 is modified as follows:
' 1. The CUSTODY provision contained in Paragraph 2 of the
Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage is modified to read:
"Custody of MICN.AEL PETER LENARTIENE and SARAH ELIZABETH
LENARTIENE, ninor children of the parties, is hereby awarded
to VICTORIA LYNNE RICE, formerly known as VICTORIA LYNNE
LENARTIENE".
2. The SUPPORT provision contained in Paragranh 3 of the
Final Judgment Dissolution of Marria~e is modified to read:
"The Nusband shall have no further obligation of support what-

soever of the minor children due to the adoption by RALPH RICE
