The purpose of this assignment is to vest the undivided interests
owned by the parties of the first part in and to the aforesaid
mortgage deed into the party of the ~econd part, in effect reversing
the action of that certain assignment of mortgage as recorded in
O.R.Book 313 at-page 2218 of the public records of St.Lucie County,
Florida, with respect to the parties herein.
