ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION
CONCERNING ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS
THIS CAUSE came on before the Court upon the
Stipulation Concerning Attorney's Fees and Costs, as to
Parcels 102 and 701-R, and the Court having..considered the
same and being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. The Stipulation Concerning Attorney's Fees
And Costs is hereby affirmed, adopted, and ratified.
2. The Clerk of the registry of this court is
hereby directed to remit the sum of five thousand and no/100
dollars ($5, 000.00) to the firm of riershon, Sawyer, Johnston,
Dunwody & Cole; these monies are to be deducted from the sum
of thirty-three thousand nine hundred fifteen and no/100
dollars ($33,915.00), which was deposited into the registry
of this court by the Plaintiff herein pursuant to the August
5, 1980 Stipulated Final Judgment in this matter.
