Before me, the undersigned authority, duly authorized to
administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared
ROBERT PADRICK, who, after being first duly sworn by me, on oath
says: That my name is ROBERT PADRICK, that affiant was the real
estate agent who sold ROBERT P. WAGNER and JOHN D, ZANELLA the
following described property, the closing of which was consummated
on September 25, 1974:
The W~ of the SW; of the SE~ of the NE~ of Section
8, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Affiant further states that, on September 25, 1974, the abov.e de-
scribed property was vacant and unimproved and not the homestead
or place of residence of ROBERT P. WAGNER or JOHN D. ZANELLA.
