I lurther certify that no one other than myaelf haa any
vested intereat in or to any truet created in said Trust
Aqreement, Paragraph J of Article FOURTEENTH thereof specificnlly
providinq as lollowe:
"J. Notwithstandinq anythinq el~ewhere in thia Trust
Aqreement to the contrary, no beneficiary ot the trusts
hexeof, other than the GRr-NTOR, ahall have any ve~ted riqht
or interest in or to any truet estate herefn created or in
or to any ot the aBSete thereof durinq the GRANTOR'S litetime,
and if any one or more of said trusts ehculd be or become
invalid, unenforceable, exacuted or otherwise o! no torce
and eftect during the GRANTOR'S lifetime, then full and
camplete title to all of the assets ot any such trust ahall
lorthwith veet in the GRANTOR and no other peraon, Nhether
or not herein named or designated, shall have any riqht or
intereat in such asset8."
