WARRANTY DEED
BENNIE D. McCLELLAN, an unremarried widow and surviving
tenant by the entireties with L.E. McCLELLAN, to whom she
was continuously married from November 8, 1977 until the date
of his death, June 19, 1980, the Grantors, in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations,
received from LEISURE TIME CONSULTANTS, the Grantee(s) of
P.O. Box 618, Jensen Beach Florida, hereby on this 2nd day of
December, 1980 conveys to the Grantee the interests and estates
in real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida described
as:
Unit Weeks 30 and 31 in Condominium D-7, consisting
of Apartment Numbered D-7, respectively, and its
undivided share of the common elements of Turtle Reef
Condominium I, as such is described in the Master Form
Deed, as recorded in Official Records Book 263, Page 2002.
This is not homestead property.
SUBJECT TO all terms, rights, conditior.s covenants, restrictions
and reservations as set forth in the said Master Form Deed and
all things therein referred to and subject to any and all existing
mortgages, liens, encumbrances, assessments, and obligations relating
thereto, all of which Grantee assumes and agrees to pay and dis-
charge, holding Grantor harmless therefrom. Grantor covenants
that lawful seisin-of and good right to convey that property is
vested in the Grantor, and that the Grantor hereby fully warrants
the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever.
