• CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED '
JOYCE E. FRENCHI, of 7425 Pine Creek Road, Manistee, Michigan
49660, the Grantor, in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and
valuable considerations received from LEISURE TIME CONSULTANTS, the
Grantee, whose maillng address is Post Office Box 618, Jensen Beach, Florida,

THIS DEED IS BEING RE-EXECUTED for ttie purpose of showing the
proper party grantee who actually paid for the consideration for this deed,
