pursuant to paragraph 5 of that oertain Joint Stipulation and SettlemP.nt
Agre~nt entered by Plaintiff and Defendant and ap~roved by the Qourt
October 20, 1980. The O~urt having revie~aed the pleadings of r~evord,
the Application of Plaintiff and the Affidavits filed therewith, ar~d being

l. The Clerk of this Oourt is hereby authorized and directed to
issue a Writ of Replevin in the fonn of Exhibit "A" attached hereto in
fawr of Plaintiff, oovering the property described on f~shibit "B" attached
hereto, with4ut bond. Said «rit shall be delivered forthwith to the Sheriff
of St. Lucie ~~nty, Florida.
