~7quipnent Ca~any, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, for storage pursuant to
Chapter 78, Florida Statutes (1979). In executing this Writ of Aepleviri,
if the property or any part thereof is secreted or oonoealed in any dwelling-
house or other building or enclosure, the officer shall publicly dernand
delivery thereof and if it is not delivered by the Defendant or same other
person, he shall cause such hpuse, building, or enclosure to be broken op~n
and shall make replevin aov~rding t~o the Writ; and if necessary, he shall
take to his assistance the pawer of the Coiulty. If the property to be
replevied is in the possession of Defendant at the time of the issuanoe
of the Trlrit, and passes inbo th~e passession of a third person before the
ex~ec.-ution of the ~ti'rit, the officer holding the ~~irit shall execute it on
the propexty in the possession of the third persan and shall serve the
Writ on Defendant and the third person. At the time of the servioe of the
