WITNESSETH•
The Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
(~10.00) and other good and v.iluable considerations to the said Grantor
in hand paid by said Grantee(~~), the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, has granted, bargaine•i, and sold to the said Grantee(s), his
heirs and assigns forever, tha following described land, situated,
lying and being in St. Lucie ~;ounty, Florida, to-wit:
LOT # 803 of TAc2PON BAY VILLAS, in accordance
with the Plat thereof on file in the Office of
the Clerk of the ~~ircuit Court in and for St.
Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 20, page 15.
This conveyance is sub.ject to, and by accepting.this Deed,
the Grantee(s) does hereby ag~~ee to assume, the follow~l~g:
1. Real Estate taxes for the current year and subsequent

2. Reservations, rig~its-of-way, covenants, conditions,
• limitations, restrictions and easements of record._
