WITNESSETH:
The Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
(E10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to the said Grantor
in hand paid by said Grantee(s), the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, has granted, bargaine~i, and sold to the said Grantee(s), his
heirs and assigns forever, th~~ following described land, situated,
lying and being in St. Lucie ~:ounty, Florida, to-wit:

with the Plat thereof on file in the Office of
the Clerk of the ~.ircuit Court in and for St.
Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 20, page 15.
This conveyance is subject to, and by accepting this Deed,
the Grantee(s) does hereby agree to assume, the followil~g:
1. Real Estate taxes for the current year and subsequent
years.
2, Reservations, rig~its-of-way, covenants, conditions,
limitations, restrictions and easements of record.
3a Amended Declarati~n of Covenants, Restrictions and

4o Existing zoning ordinances, if any.
