SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF CONDITIONAL
ASSIGNMENT OF INTEREST OF HOWARD F. HOWE
IN LAND TRUST AGREEMENT TO DISTRICT DIRECTOR
OF INTERNAL REV~NUE
The United States of America, by and through the undersigned
District Director of Internal Revenue, Jacksonville, Florida
District, hereby certifies that the Conditional Assignment of
Interest of Estate of Howard F. Howe in Land Trust Agreement to
District Director of Internal Revenue, dated September 20, 1979,
executed by Dorothy E. Howe, Personal Representative/ Adminis-
tratrix of the Estate of Howard F. Howe, and recorded September
20, 1977, in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for the
County of Volusia, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 323
at pages 1810-1830, together with the debt thereby secured, have
been fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged and that the
property secured thereby has been released from the lien of such
Assignment and the taxes secured thereby.
