Zona,shall pay the mortgage payments, including interest and principal, real estate taxes, water, insurance, heat, and the cost of any repairs required to maintain the property in its present condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Defendant will also pay for all utilities except the telephone. (b) The income from the real property l:nown as 610 Central Road, Rye, New Hampshire shall first be used to pay all expenses of said property, including reasonable maintenance and mortgage payments. Any excess shall be the property of the defendant. (c) All expenses of the remaining real estate shall be paid by Che defendant, including reasonable maintenance of the Florida house. (d) The plaintiff may have the use of the Florida house,exclusively. for 120 days per year, said 120 days, however, to be in not more than two periods. Plaintiff shall give defendant at least 60 days' advance notice of any intended occupancy. Expenses of said property, with the exception of telephone charges, shall continue the responsibility of the defendant during such occupancy. (e) The furniture and fixtures contained in the homestead located at 616 Central Road, Rye, New Hampshire, sha~l belong to the plaintiff, and the defendant's interest in said personal property is hereby assigned to the plaintiff.
