PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the~day of October ,

as personal representative of the Estate of LESLIE A. CHILDS,
deceased, Party of the~First Part, and LESLIE RAY CHILDS and SUE ELLEN

Party of the Second Part, ~
W I T N E S S E T H
Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Will of decedent,
and in consideration of the premises, the sum of $10.00 and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
sells„aliens, remises, conveys and confirms to the Party of the
Second Part, their heirs and assigns forever, that certain
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
The West S feet of Lot 3 and all of Lot 2, LESS
the West S feet of Lot 2, Block 2, FAIRLAWN HOMES
SUBDVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 9, page 10, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments -
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real

Part, their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with
the Party of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that
in all things preliminary to and in and about this conveyance, the
laws of Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects. ~
