-ADJUDICATION OF CONTEMPT
IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that DAN JONES
has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as required
by the Order of this Court entered on the 8th day of November, 1977,
and is (as of December 12, 1980) in arrears in the sum of $.791.93, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in con-
tempt of this Court but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter
pay the $791.93 arrearage at the rate of $395.96 on or before 60 days
from date of this Order and $395.97 on or before 120 days from date of
this Order. These payments are to be in addition to the regular $12.00
per week support payments provided for in the previous Order of this
Court hereinabove referred to, plus the Statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00
per payment and such weekly payments shall commence on December 19, 1980,
and shall be made in cash, cashier's check or by postal money order on
Friday of each and every week until further Order of this Court. If
Respondent, DAN JONES, does not purge himself of this contempt as pro-
vided above, he shall be required, upon written Affidavit of Petitioner,
to serve sixty (60) days in the St. Lucie County Jail at Fort Pierce,
Florida.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained
for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper.
