COMES NOW the undersigned Assistant State Attorney
of the 19th Judicial Circ uit of Florida, and shows unto the Court
that the Respondent is now residing outside the jurisdiction of
St. Lucie County, and is residing at 5286 S. E._Channel Drive,
Stuart, in Martin County, Florida. Therefore, it is respectfully
moved that the Clerk of Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida,
be instructed to transfer the entire original file on this matter
to the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Martin County, Stuart, Florida.
