O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the 15th day of
December, 1980, upon Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause, Respondent
being present in court and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that because the minor child,
LISA RENE LADLEY has returned to Florida to live with Respondent
and Respondent has paid expenses of her return to Florida, there
is considered owed through December 15, 1980, the sum of $250.00
for support of DANETTE MARIE LADLEY per Order of this court dated
October 9, 1980. Respondent has produced records showing the sum
of $150.00 paid direct to Petitioner since the entry of said Order
and has promised in open court to pay $50.00 immediately following
this hearing, leaving a balance due of $50.00 which shall be paid
by the end of January, 1981. Commencing December 22, 1980, Respondent
shall continue to pay the sum of $25.00 per week child support for
DANETTE MARIE LADLEY until such time as she has passed her 18th
birthday and all such payments shall be made and disbursed in
accordance with the Order of this Court dated October 9, 1980. x
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this ~7
