This cause was duly presented by the State Attomey and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of

and ANTHONY W. SPAGNUOLO, born 9/27/70;
minor children, the sum of $ 17.50 peiweek.per chilc~~us and additional Hk~ $2•00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the ,
2nd r~ay of January , 19 81 and thereafter on Friday
of each and every ~eteek that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of ST. LUCIE County,
P.O. DRAWER 700, Fort Pierce, Florida
Florida, ~nd the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Ghild S~pport Enforcement
Section, 1317 Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida 32301 for transmittal
to the state of Massachusetts as long as the case is certified as a Title
IV-D case. ff~he er receives no Health
& Rehabilitative Services that the case is no longer a IV-D case, he will
c~e~ fprmard all sqnnort to: MICHAEL A. WALSH~ CHIEF PROBATION OFFICER,
WILLIAMS STREET, MARLBOROUGH, MASSACHUSETTS 01752.
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
