COMES NOW the undersigned Assistant State Attorney of the 19th
Judicial Circuit of Florida, and shows unto the Court that~the Re-
spondent resides outside the jurisdiction of St. Lucie County, and
is residing at 4022 S. W. St. Lucie Lane, Palm City, in Martin
County, Florida. Therefore, it is respectfully moved that the Clerk
of Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, be instructed to trans-
fer the entire original file on this matter to the Clerk of the
Circuit Court, Martin County, Stuart, Florida.
