LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED TO CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED FROM NEIL
A. COLLINS and TNELMA M. COLLINS, HIS WIFE, TO COLLINS LAND
COMPANY, A FLORIDA CORPORATION, DATED DECEMBER 4, 1980: -
That part of Government Lot 4, Section 24, Township 37 South,
Range 40 East, being in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as
follows: Commence at the Southeast corner of Section 24, Township
37 South, Range 40 East, thence run North 89°55' West a distance
of 995.30 feet to the Point of t3eginning; thence run North
parallel to the West line of Government Lot 4, Section 24,
~ownship 37 South, Range 40 East, a distance of 800 feet more or
less to the intersection of the Easterly extension of the North
line of lands formerly conveyed by Louis A. Wehle and Elizabeth R.
Wehle, his wif e, to Catholic Society of Religious and Literary
Education; thence Westerly along the aforementioned Easterly
extension to the intersection with the West line of said
Government Lot 4, thence Southerly along the West line of said
Government Got 4, to the Southwest corner of said Government Lot
4; thence Easterly along the South line of said Section 24, to the
Point of Beginning.
AND: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 24, Township
37 South, Range 40 East, thence run North 89°55' West 1285 feet on
the South line of Section 24 to a point; thence run North 0°50'20"
East 795 feet for a point of beginning; thence run North 89°55'
West 327 feet to a concrete marker; thence run South 0°5' West 376
feet to a concrete marker on the North bank of the North E'ork of
the St. Lucie River; thence with the meander of said River in a
Southeasterly direction 363 feet more or less to a point on the
bank of said River and the West bank of a boat basin; thence "
~meandering the bank of said boat basin Northeasterly 322 feet more
or less, to a point on said bank, said point being at the point of
intersection of said bank with a line parallel to the East line of
Section 24, and 1285 feet Westerly thereof as measured along the

less, together with an easement for ingress and egress over and -

East, together with the right to construct and reconstruct, repair

description.

point of beginning.
