ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the Plaintiff's
Motion~for Authorization to File Lis Pendens, and the Court having
been advised at the hearing that there is, in Case N. 78-332-CA' in
. ~
the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for St.
Lucie Connty, Florida, an action pending by a creditor of the Debtor
herein substantially similar to the instant action, and there pres-
ently being a Lis Pendens filed in said State Court action covering
the same properties involved in the instant action, and counsel for
the Plaintiff/Trustee having moved ore tenus for the continuation
of said Lis Pendens in the State Court action, and counsel for the
Plaintiff/Trustee having further advised the Court of his intention
to move for consolidation of State Court proceeding with the instant
action, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
therefore,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. The Court withholds ruling on the Plaintiff's Motion
for Authorization to File Lis Pendens.
