PETITION FOR FAMILY ADMINISTRATION
The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as the
sole beneficiary thereof. His name and address are as set forth
in Paragraph 3 and the name and address of his attorney is as
set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, E:tNEST W. TURNER, whose last known address
was Florida State Hospital, Chattahoochee, Florida, died on
December 6. 1980 at Chattahoochee, Florida, and at the time of
death decedent was domiciled in Gadsden County, Florida.
3. At the time of his death. the decedent was divorced~
and had no lineal descendants. The decedent had two brothers,
both of which predeceased him, and the Petitioner is the sole
surviving descendant of the decedent's deceased brothers. Hence,
v~
so far as is known, the name of the beneficiary of this estate,
under and in accordance with Section 732.103(3). Florida Statutes,
his address and relationship to the decedent, are as follows:

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the
decedent, at the time of his death, was incompetent by reason
of inental disability, and the Southeast First National Bank of
Fort Pierce, Florida, was serving as the guardian of the person
and the property of the decedent under a guardianship filed in
this county, being Case Number 70-0$~CP, in the Circuit Court
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida. Further, the decedent
