BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally ap-
peared JOHN H. SEALS, JR., who, upon being by me first duly
sworn, did depose and say:

That affiant JOHN H. SEALS, JR. is the same person
as JOHN HENRY SEALS in that certain action styled "Elizabeth
Louise Seals vs. John Henry Seals in Case No. 74-7286," re-
sulting in a final judgment dissolving the marriage of John
Henry Heals and Elizabeth Louise Seals, which judgment was
obtained in May 1974 in Dade County, Florida in the llth
Judicial Circuit in and for Dade County, Florida; that John
H. Seals, Jr. and the J. H. Seals recited as one of the grantees
in that certain deed recorded in O. R. Book 189, page 487,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, is one and the
same person; that your affiant and J. H. Seals, one of the
grantees in that certain deed recorded in O. R. Book 222, page
470, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, is one and
the same person; that affiant's former wife, Elizabeth Louise
Seals, petitioner in that certain Case No. 74-7286 in the
Circuit Court for the llth Judicial Circuit in and for Dade
County, Florida, is one and the same person as Betty Seals, one ,
of the grantees in that certain deed recorded in O. R. Book
189, page 487, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and is one and the same persons as the Betty Seals,
one of the grantees in that certain deed recorded in O. R. Book
222, page 470, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; that
Elizabeth Louise Seals and Betty Seals Buell, former wife of
affiant, is one and the same person.
