FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the Honorable CHARL~S E.
SMITH, one of the Judges of the above-styled Court, and six other
good and lawf~l citizens of the County of Saint Lucie and State of
Florida, who being duly sworn according to law, and after having
heard testimony and evidence adduced before them, and having heard
the charges of the Court, and being fully advised in the premises,
and having retired to consider their verdict, returned to open Court
and rendered the following verdiets:
I. On the issue of Breach of Contract:
1. For the Defendant, LOU P.ANTUS :
YFS NO X
(As regards the issue of breach of contract, if
your ar3swer to question number 1 is "yes", your verdict is for the
Defendant, and you should proceed to II below concerning the issue
of negligence.)
2. For the Plaintiffs, JAMES TATE and MARY TATE,
and award them damages of ~4,000.00.
