IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs,
JAMES TATE and MARY TATE, his Wife, do have and recover from the
Defendant, LOU RANTUS, the sum of SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND
NO/100 DOLLARS (~7,500.00) all of which let execution issue.
Jurisdiction is retained for the purpose of taxing costs.
