Borrower and Lende~ hereby expressly adopt and incorporate by reference into thia Mortgage and
hereby aqree to be bourid by the covenants and agreements contained in Uniform Covenants numbered 1
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18~ 19. 20~ 22~ and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Pcoperty is located and
in which this Mortgage is offeced for record on the date~ in the volume and~ at the page as follows:

Such provisions a4 are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19. 20~ 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property~ Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortqage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property~ Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incocporated by reference into this Mortqage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
ag follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Bon~ower~ Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgaqe~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances~ with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes statinq that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage~ not includinq sums advanced in accadance herewith to protect the security of this Mortqage, exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US ~ ~l~iF
