AMENDMENT TO BY-LAWS of
Sea Palms Condominium Association, Inc.
The Board of Directors of Sea Palms Condominium Association, Inc.
upon receiving ~he written authorization and approval of 7596 of the
unit owners of Sea Palms Condominium Association, hereby amends
article I, section E, as follows:
E. The fiscal year of the Association shall be October 1.
and
Article VII, section B, as follows:
B. The Board shall adopt, for, and in advance of each
fiscal year --------------------------------------
The president is directed to take all necessary action to effectuate
said change.
This change amends the By--Laws of Sea Palms Condominium as recorded
in O.R. Book 280, Pages 2661 ~:rid 2670, St. Lucie Ccunty Fublic Records.
