LETTERS OF GUARDIANSHIP
OF THE PROPERTY ~
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
WHEREAS, SIDNEY TOWNSEND BUSCH. III, and RITA BUSCH, have
been appointed guardians of the property of WENDY LYNN BUSCH,
a minor child, and have taken the prescribed oath~ and per-
formed all other acts necessary to qualify as such guardians:
NOW~ THEREFORE, I~ the undersigned_Judge of the above
entitled Court, declare SIDNEY TOWNSEND BUSCH~~_,III, and RITA

BUSCH duly qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to

act as guardians of the property of WENDY LYNN BUSCH, a minor
child, with full power and authority to administer the estate
of said minor child according to law, and to take possession
of and to hold, for the benefit of said minor child, all property
of said minor child, and of the rents, income, issues and profits
from it.
