PETITION TO REVOKE PROBATE
Comes now the Petitioners, BOt~ITA HANSEN KEYES and LEWIS
WITT, by and through their undersigned attorneys, and hereby
petition this Honorable Court to revoke the probate of the Will
filed herein dated November 16, 1979. and to admit to probate
the original of the decedent's Last Will and Testament dated
April 8, 1980, and in support thereof would show as follows:
1. This is an adversary proceeding under and in accordance
with Rule 5.025, Florida Rules of Probate and Guardianship.
2. The Petitioners are interested persons, as follows:
(a) The Petitioner, BONITA HANSEN KEYES, is designated
as a co-Personal Representative and beneficiary under the
Last Will and Testament of the decedent dated April 8~ 1980.
(b) The Petitioner~ LEWIS WITT, is designated as a
co-Personal Representative under the Last Will and Testamerit
of the decedent dated April 8, 1980.
3. The decedent's Will dated November 16, 1979, has been
superseded and revoked by the decedent's Last Will and Testament
dated April 8. 1980, the original of which has been filed with
this Court. under and in accordance with Section 732.505(2),
Florida Statutes.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioners request Chat probate of the Will
