21. Fotare Advaec~. Upon request by BorrowYr, I.endtr, at Lender's option within twenty years foom the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advanca. with interest theroon. shall be stcured by this
Mortgage when evid~nctd by ptomissory notes stating that said notes are socured fiercby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtodness securcdL by this Mortgage. not including sums advanced in aaeordanoe 6ecewith to pmtoct the
