EXHIBIT "A"
The West 125 feet of the following described property, to-wit:
Carmencing at the SW corner of Tract C, COASTAL COVES, UNIT ONE, according
to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, page 71, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, run thence Northerly along the West line of said
Tract C, 25 feet to a point of beginning: thence run Westerly parallel to
the North line of Goverm~ent Lot 2, 325 feet to a point; thence turn and run
Northerly parallel to the West line of Tract C, COASTAL COVES, UNIT ONE, to
the waters edge of the Southern most channel set out on said plat; thence turn
and run Easterly along the waters edge to the NW corner of Tract C; thence
turn southerly and run along the West boundary of said Tract C to the point
of beginning. Said Goverrment Lot 2 being situate in Section 26, Township
34 South, Range 40 East.
