that Affiant knows, and is well acquainted with, Geneva R. Mershon,
also known as Eva R. Mershon; that Affiant has known Geneva R.
Mershon, also known as Eva R. Mershon, for over 25 years; that ~
Affiant has performed legal services for Geneva R. Mershon, also
known as Eva R. Mershon, over the past ten years or more and knows
of his own knowledge that Geneva R. Mershon and Eva R. Mershon
are one and the same person.
