THIS CAUSE, coming on to be heard on the 24th day of November,
1980, upon the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss the complaint filed in
the above-styled matter, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff shall amend this com-
plaint to include the "family" of the Defendant in the complaint
and the Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days in which to include
Defendant's "family" in the complaint.
