This cause having come on before this Court upon the
Joint Stipulation to Voluntary Dismissal with Pre~udice filed
herein by the parties, and the Court having considered said
Joint Stipulation and being otheYwise duly advised in the
premises~ it is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that this cause be, and the same
is hereby dismissed, with pre,judice, both as to the Complaint
filed herein by the Plaintiff, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT
PIERCE, as Administrator of the EsCate of PERRY CARLTON,
deceased, and as to the Amended Counterclaim filed herein by
the Defendant, CARL CARLTON, SR.. each party to bear their
own attorney's fees and costs.
