AGREEMENT FOR DEED
AGREEMENT Made this ~8~ day of December, 1980,
between JOSEPH C. MOORE
residents of the County
hereinafter refer~ed to
M. CIOC~LLI, his wife,
Fort Pierce, Saint Luci
to as the "BUYER".
and EUGENIA E. MOORE, his wife,
of Saint Lucie, State of Florida,
as "SELLER" and I~RK V. QC~ and I~I2~'~1RF.T
residing at 201 North 40th Street,
e County, Florida, hereinafter referred
WITNESSETH, that the SELLER agrees to sell and
convey to the BUYER, and the BUYER agrees to purchase and
pay for, upon the provisions, terms, covenants and conditions
hereof the hereinafter described real property, situate in
Saint Lucie County, State of Florida, known as
and described as follows, to-wit:
WILBUWE subdivision, Block 5, South 15 feet
of Lot 19 and all of Lot 20, recorded in
the Public Records of Saint Lucie County,
Florida in Plat Book 6, Page 24.
Subject to rights-of-way, if any, for public
roads and drainage canals, and any and all
easements or restrictions as of record may
appear.
NO ABSTRACT PREPARED OR TITLE SEARCH PERFORMED
BY THE SCRIVENER.
The conditions of this Agreement are such that if the BUYER
shall pay to or for the benefit of the SELLER the sum of

Twenty-three Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($23,300.00)
payable to SELLER or for SELLER'S benefit to First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, with interest
at the rate of nine and 3/4 percent (9.75$) per annum, in
monthly payments of Two Hundred Thirty-seven Dollars ($237.00)
principal and interest; and to pay all taxes, assessments or
other lawful levies or impositions that may be imposed upon
