Agreement by BUYER shall not constitute a waiver of any
subsequent breach, whether it be of the same or another
provision or requirement of this Agreement.
Time is expressly made of the essence and all
covenants and agreements herein contained shall extend to
and be binding upon the heirs, successors, assigns, personal
representatives and transferees of the parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have
