JOINDER OF MORTGAGEE
CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the
United States of America, 1600 South U.S. Highway No. 1, Fort Pierce,
Florida, hereinafter called the M~ortgagee, the owner and holder of
a mortgage upon lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, which mortgage
is dated May 30, 1980 , 1980, and is recorded in 0. R. Book
332 , at page 1352 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, joins in the making of the foregoing Declaration of
Condominium, and the Mortgagee agrees that the lien of its mortgage,
with respect to that portion of the mortgaged property included
within the Declaration, shall be upon the following described property
in St. Lucie County, Florida:
All of the units of THE WOODLAND CONDOMINIUM
APARTMENTS, BUILDING I, according to the
Declaration of Condominium.
TOGETHER WITH all of the~appurtenances of the units,
including but not limited to all of the undivided
sh~res of the common elements.
