A Non-Profit Florida Corporation
WE, the undersigned, acknowledge and file in the office of
the Secretary of State of the State of Florida, for the purpose of
forming a non-profit corporation in accordance with the laws
of the State of Florida, these Articles of Incorporation, as by law
provided. As used herein, terms defined in the Declarations of
Condominium for THE WOODLAND CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS shall mean
the same herein.
ARTICLE I
NAME
The name of the corporation shall be THE WOODLAND OWNERS
ASSOCIATION, INC., hereinafter referred to as the "Association"
or "Corporation".
ARTICLE II
PURPOSF
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 718, Florida
Statutes (1979), the "Condominium Act", condominiums will, or
may be, created upon certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to be known as; THE WOODLAND CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, (the
Condominiums) according to Declarations of Condominium (the
"Declaration~") to be recorded in the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. This Corporation is organized for the purpose of
operating, governing, administering and managing the properties and
affairs of the Condominiums and to exercise all powers and
discharge all the responsibilities granted to it as a corporation
under the laws of the State of Florida, the By-Laws of the
Corporation, these Articles, the Declarations and the Condominium
Act, and to acquire, hold, convey and otheYwise deal in and with
real and personal property in this Corporation's capacity as a
condominium association.

ARTICLE III
POWERS
The powers of the Association shall include and be governed
by the following provisions:
Section l. The Association shall have all of the common law
and statutory powers of a corporation not-for-profit which are nat
-in conflict with the terms of these Articles and the Uecla•rations,
and all the powers conferred by the Condominium Act upon a
' condominium association, and all the powers set forth in the
Declarations which are lawful.
