The right-of-way hereby co~veyed and released includes the right to:
1. Construct, recoastruc~, insp~ct, r~ain~ain and
repair a covered storm sewer sys~er.i;
2_ Enter on such lan3s with p~rsonn~l, veh?::l~s

3. Remove fror.i the right-of--way all ~rees and
~ vegatation that interfere with th~ purposz for ~,rllich this
'~ right-of-way is conv~yed and released;

4. Take from the righL-of-way an3 use earth, roc;~,
;; sand, and gravel for the purpose of excavating, ~aidening,
deepening and otherwise rectifying the storr~ sewer system;
5. Install, maintain or remove landscaping or other
environmental improvements;
