Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of_said Declaration of Condomini~m and Exhibits attached thereto~ and agrees that the assessment under the Property OWner•s ~' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- + able, fair and equitable, and said Purehaser acknoWledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Ormer's Association `~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiu~ parcel being conveyed ' to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assucn~s the obligations as to the ;~ Property Ormer's Associ3tion as to his condominium parcel.
