BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
JAMES S. SPITERI, who, after having been first duly sworn, on oath,
deposes and says:
1. That my name is JAMES S. SPITERI and that I presently

2. That simultaneous with the date of this AFfidavit,
I have caused to be sold to GLORIA INVESTNIENTS, INC. and
the following described property.
Begin 332.5 feet west of the NE corner of NF7 I/4
of the SE 1/4 0£ Section 12, iownship 35 South,
Range 39 East. Thence run South 350 feet, thence
run 130 feet, thence run North 350 feet, thence
run East 130 feet to the point of beginning.

3. That on the 13th day of November, 1969, I conveyed
by Warranty Deed the subject property from myself to JAMES S. SPITERI
and MARY BONAMINIO, as joint tenants with right of survivorship
and not as tenants in common, and that at that time I was married -Z
to ESTIIER SPITERI. On that date of sale, I was tvOT residing

4. That on the 22nd day of January, 1970, the decree granting
dissolution of marriage for r.-yself and ESTHER SPITERI was entered by
the Circuit Court in and for ~t . i.;,c ieCounty, ~]_orida, and that I
remained single from that date forward until my marriage to TIIELt4A B.
SPITERI on the 29 day of ~~I~t , 1975.
S. That THELtiA B. SPITERI and I have remained continuously
married from the 29 day of 5e~,~ , 1975 •
6. That in reliance upon this Affidavit and its content,
the purchasers have accepted title to the above clescribed property.
