For a Point of Reference commence at the intersection of
the East li~ne of Section 11, Township 37- South, Range 4l
East,~and the South line of the Plat of Windmill Village
By The Sea Unit Two, as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 31,
of t~e Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; Thence
run S 89°56'22" W along the South line of said Windmill
Village by the Sea Unit Two, a distance of 686.84 f eet to
the point of beginning of the parcel herein descr;bed;
Thence continue to run S 89°56'22" W along said South
line of Windmill Village By The Sea Unit Two, a distance
of 1010.00 feet to the Southwesterly corner of Windmill
Village By The Sea Unit Two, said point of being also the
Southwest corner of an area designated on said plat as -
Reserved for Future Water Way; Thence run N 00°03'38" W
along the Westerly line of Windmill Village by the Sea
Unit Two to the Southerly shore line of a man made canal
as shown on the plat of Windmill Village By The Sea Unit
Two; Thence meander said Southerly shote line in a
Westerly direction to an intersection with the Easterly
shore line of the Indian River; Thence in a South and
Westerly direction meander said Easterly shore line of the
Indian River to an intersection with the South line of the
aforementioned Section 11; Thence run S 89°18'21" E
along the South line of said Section 11 to a point which
is 687.66 feet West of the Southeast corner of said
Section 11 as measured along the South line of Section 11;
Thence run N 00°13'10" W parallel with the East line of
said Section 11 a distance of 588.73 feet to the point of
Beg inning .
