Said designated area is to contain all of or part of,
Block 'B', Lots 21, 22, 23, of Block 'A' and their
adjacent road area as vacated April, 1978; Together with
that area shown as "NOT INCLUDED" on said Plat lying South
of said Lot 23 and a portion of that area shown on said
Plat as "Reserved for Future Waterway" vacated April,
1978. Being more particularly described as follows:
For a Point of Beginning commence at the South West corner
of tract shown on said Plat as "Reserved for Future
Waterway", Thence run N-00°-03'-38"W along the Westerly
Line of said tract a distance of 285.40 feet to an
intersection with a Westerly extension of the Northerly
Right of Way Line of AQUA RA DRIVE as shown on the
aforementioned Plat of Windmill Village Unit Two; Thence
run N-89°-56'-22"-E along said Westerly extended line a
distance of 55.66 feet to the North West corner of the
extension of AQUA RA DRIVE as recorded in the Official
Records Book 260 Pages 895, and 896~of St. Lucie County,
Florida; Thence run S-00° 03'-38"-E distance of 50.00
feet to the P.C. (point of curvature), tbence continue to
run in a South and Easterly direction along said curve as
described in Official Record Book 260 Pages 895, and 896 a
distance of 130.96 feet as sited in said Officfal Record
Book to the P.T. (point of Tangent), Thence run
N-89°-56'-22"-E a distance of 100.56 feet to a point on
the Southerly Right of Way Line of AQUA RA DRIVE said
point being an intersection with a southerZy extension of
the Easterly line of Lot 20, Block 'A' of Windmill Village
Unit Two; Thence continue to run N-89°-56'-22"-E along
said Southerly Right of Way a distance of 1350.00 feet to
the P.C. of a curve concave to the South West, having a
radius of 25.00 feet and a central angle of 89°-50'-28",
Thence in a South and Easterly direction along the ARC of
said curve a distance of 39.20 feet to a point of tangent;
Thence run S-00°-13'-10"-E a distance of 210.47 feet to
the South East corner of Block 'B' Windmill Village Unit
Two; Thence rnn S-89°-56'-22"-W along the South Line of
said Block 'B' a distance of 1696.84 feet to the point of
beoinnina.
