THIS CAUSE having come to be heard on the Motion of the
Plaintiff, and the court having 'considered same, and the pleadings
otherwise filed in this cause, and the argu~nents of counsel, it
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Plaintiff is hereby ordered to deposit into the
registry of this Court the sum of Two Thousand Dollars (~2,000.00)
being the sum held on deposit by Plaintiff Nith respect to that
certain real estate transaction between the Defendants as more
fully set forth in the Complaint of the Plaintiff and the Clerk
of this Court shall hold said sum until further and final iudRment
of this Court. Upon deposit of same Plaintiff shall have no further
liability with respect to said sum.
Z. It is further ordered that the Defendants and each of them
shall interplead and file their respective answers to the Complaint
filed by the Plaintiff within ~days from this date stating t6eir
respective claims, if any, to said sum.
3. This order shall be without prejudice to the rights of the
Plaintiff to receive all or a portion of said sum deposited with the
Clerk, and/or its reasonable attorneys fees and costs of this action
from said sum.
