This matter coming on for hearing on the motion of Ben L.
Bryan, Jr. to withdraw as counsel in this cause, upon consideration
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The motion be, and the same is hereby, granted except
that Ben L. Bryan, Jr. is to argue the objections to interrogatories
previously filed.
2. A copy of this Order is to be served upon the President
and Resident Agent of the defendant corporation.
3. Action as to the corporation shall be stayed for thirty
(30) days so that the corporation may take whatever action it deems
appropriate.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
