PHILLIP EARL NUNTER, Husband
RULE TO SHOW CAUSE
THIS CAUSE was held on the Wife's Motion for Contempt, and
it is
ADJUDGED that the Husband, PHILLIP EARL HUNTER. is ordered
to appear before the undersigned Acting Circuit Judge on the Second
Floor of the St. Lucie County Courthouse. Fort Pierce, Florida. on
(~~ ~8~ at 9'/t /9,/y~ and show
cause at that time, if any, why he should not be held in contempt
of this Court for his failure to comply with the final judgment of
dissolution of marriage in Chis cause by making the child support
payments as ordered and incarcerated in the St. Lucie County jail
for sixty (60) days or until such time as he purges himself of said
contempt of Court;
It is further ADJUDGED that the Husband shall make all child
support payments in this cause in a timely fashion to the Clerk of
the Circuit Court as ordered in the final judgment of dissolution of
marriage in this cause;
It is further ADJUDGED that the Husband is ordered to pay to
ERNON N. SIDAWAY, III, attorney for the Wife. the sum of $150.00 as
attorney's fees for the hearing held on December 5, 1980.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce~ St. Lucie County, Florida,
