Earl D. Lillydahl, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That affiant is the Mortgage~Banking
National Bank of Milwaukee, which is the owner
located at City of Fort Pierce
St. Lucie County, Florida

2. That during the period of six months immediately preceding the
date of this affidavit no work has been done and no materials have been
furnished in connection with the erection, equipment, repair, protection
or removal of any building or other structure on said premises or in
connection with the improvement of said premises in any manner whatso-
ever except for work performed at the direction of said owner which has
been paid or will be paid as billed, and except work performed at the
direction of First Wisconsin Mortgage Trust.
3. That to aff~ant's knowledge no chattel mortgages, conditional
sales contracts, security agreements, financing statements, retention of
title agreements, or personal property leases have been given or are now
outstanding or are contemplated with respect to any materials, fixtures,
appliances, furnishings, or equipment placed upon or installed in or upon
said premises or the improvements thereon.
4. That the premises above described are at present in use as
vacant land
that the present owner personally or through tenants, has been contin-
uously in peaceable, adverse, exclusive and undisputed possession of the
whole of said premises for the period of in excess of one year last past;
that W. E. '+~'illiams and Ra~ A. Chauncey, contract purchasers
occupy the said premises and that the following leases affect the said
pre:r.ises. none throu~h First Wisconsin National Bank of Milwaukee
That this affidavit is made with the
